Jason Brown brings 30 years of swimming pool industry experience to JCB Sales, Inc. He founded the company to give manufacturers focused representation and pool professionals a knowledgeable partner. His background spans pool equipment, water treatment, maintenance products, and outdoor living. Jason’s approach centers on strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, builders, and service professionals, giving each partnership the time and attention it deserves. 

Cadence Brown

Cade Brown began his pool industry career in the field, cleaning pools and learning the tools and equipment through hands-on work. That practical foundation shapes his sales approach at JCB. He brings a service-side perspective to conversations with pool professionals, connecting his field experience with the products the company represents. 

Derek Alves - Territory Sales

Derek Alves brings a background in pool product sales, distribution, and manufacturing to JCB Sales, Inc. His experience includes roles with Blue Square Manufacturing, Horizon Spa & Pool Parts, Oreq Corporation, and Waterco USA. Having worked across both manufacturing and distribution, Derek offers customers a broad industry perspective as part of JCB’s territory sales team.
